Welcome to our three new trainees!

We are delighted that three new trainees joined us at the beginning of the month. M&P Group have started. Our trainees get to know different locations, teams and subject areas during the programme, while each trainee has a specific focus: Nele is working in the soil division and Madalena in the geotechnical division. Johannes strengthens our team in the area of climate and environmental protection.

The three have been with us for a week now and we asked them what they have learned in their first week with us. Johannes says: "What has been new for me so far is the exciting conceptual work for the strategy of the very young Go.Blue.Now. GmbH". Nele reports: "In the first week, I learned how to acquire new projects and that you often have to prove that you are suitable for a job before you are allowed to make an offer". Madalena also made an important experience: "I learned that you shouldn't let yourself be intimidated on the construction site".
