TEAM-THURSDAY: Last week, our bi-annual trainee week took place again at Lake Tegernsee. The already active trainees from the business areas of construction, development and water met the new trainees from the areas of soil, geotechnics and environment. The focus was on getting to know the M&P Group and each other.
After a welcome and introduction to the company, our CEO Florian von Tucher presented the vision for the future of the group. This was followed by a workshop on the group-wide project management software Sharesuite. The new trainees were able to apply what they had been shown directly.
After a presentation of @Go.Blue.Now, everyone went on a boat trip together to explore Lake Tegernsee. Of course, a visit to the Tegernseer Bräustüberl was a must.
