The Turbinenwerk Mannheim is an approx. 18 ha area of living industrial history🏭. Here, former workshops, production halls and office buildings 🏬 are being brought back to life. Aurelis Real Estate Service GmbH is developing the site into a new industrial and commercial location in close cooperation with the city of Mannheim. The location close to the city and the good infrastructure on the site are such convincing arguments that several companies already want to settle on the Turbinenwerk site.

As the site is currently still under development, interested companies can implement their individual desired concept for office and industrial design. A multi-storey car park is being planned to improve the parking situation.🚏

Aurelis Real Estate Service GmbH is also planning to renew the road network and the grid connection of the buildings on the site, the development of which is to take place in several sections.🛣

The development section 1 (EA 1) includes parts of Boveristraße, as well as the south-western street areas of the plant. Here, Aurelis Real Estate Service GmbH is planning to renovate the adjacent buildings with new sewer, electricity, internet, water and district heating connections. In the course of the planning, the subsoil was explored and sampled by MuP Umwelttechnik GmbH with the help of small pile-driving boreholes. Selected soil samples were analysed and evaluated in MuP Umwelttechnik GmbH's own geotechnical laboratory.
