In our daily work, we quickly realise that many problems on construction sites are caused by third parties. The clients, however, still judge the performance of the expert office they have commissioned according to the overall result achieved. This can lead to enormous tensions because people quickly forget that a team should work together and not against each other. This requires on the part of the person supervising the object a goal-oriented, consistent and timely examination of the frequent problems and disturbances.
To be able to support our clients in the best possible way, we need to know their and our rights and obligations very well. To ensure that all our colleagues are familiar and confident in dealing with the latest standards and laws, we make sure that we regularly undergo further training. We are supported in this by our partner Mr Ottmar Fuchs, a partner in the GrothmannGeiser law firm in Munich and an expert in real estate business law, private construction law, commercial tenancy law, public procurement law, as well as legal advice accompanying projects.
The training is offered annually with 3-4 training units. The event is a compulsory introduction for new colleagues and a welcome opportunity for refreshing and updating the knowledge of long-standing project managers. Concrete and practice-oriented topics of private building law, VOB and HOAI are trained and discussed. There is the opportunity to ask project-related questions and discuss them with experienced colleagues and experts.
