Florian von Tucher
As CEO and shareholder of the M&P Group, Florian von Tucher is responsible for the strategic development of the group of companies.
In addition to being Chairman of the M&P Group, Mr von Tucher is also Chairman of the Tucher Group and Chairman of the European Technology Chamber (EUTECH).
Florian von Tucher is a civil engineer, M.Sc., and has attended technical universities in Hanover, Madrid and Beijing, among others.
After completing his studies, he initially managed the corporate activities of the Tucher Group in Asia for 15 years before taking over as Chairman of the M&P Group in 2020.
Since his time in Asia, Florian von Tucher has been intensively involved in aid projects in developing countries. This, coupled with his commitment as chairman of EUTECH for a sustainable Europe, shape the motto of the M&P Group: "Engineering for a Better Tomorrow!"

Dr Jürgen Margane
Born 1961, married. Jürgen Margane studied geology at the University of Cologne, specialising in environmental geology and inorganic chemistry, and successfully completed his studies in April 1989.
Subsequently, Jürgen Margane completed his doctorate at the University of Cologne as a research assistant within the framework of an R&D project on the topic of thermal soil treatment of contaminated soils in cooperation with Züblin Umwelttechnik. From 1989 onwards, he worked as a freelancer for Prof. Dr.-Ing. R. Mull und Partner GmbH in Neuss as a project manager. After obtaining his doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) in 1992, he took up a permanent position as project manager at Prof. Dr.-Ing. R. Mull und Partner GmbH in Neuss.
In 1996, he founded the new branch office in Cologne as branch manager. In 1999 he took over the position as authorised signatory. In 2003, Mr Margane was appointed managing director of Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH in Cologne. Since 2004, Mr. Margane has also been a shareholder of the GmbH. With the founding of M&P Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs AG, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board in 2014.
Mr. Margane's professional focus is currently on major cross-company projects as well as mergers & acquisitions activities within the MuP Group.

Harald Deichl
Harald Deichl studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich until 1988. After 12 years in the construction industry, Harald Deichl was a member of the management team at a Munich engineering firm from 2001 to 2004. In 2004 he co-founded the office Tucher Beratende Ingenieure Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG in Munich and has been managing director since then.
Harald Deichl was appointed as a member of the Management Board of M&P Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs AG in January 2017.
Harald Deichl is a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Civil Engineers.

Karsten Helms
Born in 1963, married, 3 daughters. Karsten Helms studied civil engineering at the University of Hanover, specialising in water management, and graduated in 1991. Immediately afterwards he became an employee of Prof. Dr.-Ing. R. Mull und Partner GmbH in Hanover. Since 2006 Karsten Helms has been managing director of Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Hannover. With the foundation of M&P Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs AG, he was appointed as a member of the Executive Board.
In addition to his extensive professional expertise, Karsten Helms is active in several bodies and committees. These include serving on the board of the "Ingenieurtechnischer Verband für Altlastensanierung und Flächenrecycling e.V. (ITVA)" (Engineering Association for Contaminated Site Remediation and Land Recycling), participating in the expert committees "Honorierung und Vergabe" (Fees and Awarding) and "Kampfmittelräumung" (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) as well as in the expert committee "Altlasten und Baufeldfreimachung" (Contaminated Sites and Site Clearance) of the AHO e.V. Furthermore, Karsten Helms is a "Beratender Ingenieur" (Consulting Engineer) of the Lower Saxony Chamber of Engineers and is a member of the "Energie und Umwelt" (Energy and Environment) committee of the Hanover Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Thomas Jäger
Thomas Jäger studied mining and raw materials at the Clausthal University of Technology and graduated in 1987. After graduating, he completed the preparatory service (Referendariat) for the higher state service in mining at the Bavarian Upper Mining Authority in Munich. In 1989, he passed the Grand State Examination for the Higher State Service in Mining and is entitled to use the professional title of mining assessor.
From 1990 to 2001, Thomas Jäger worked in internationally active engineering companies in the areas of operational environmental protection, construction-related contamination control and project management / controlling. Since 2001, he has been working for Prof. Burmeier Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH in various functions (office manager, authorised signatory and since 2018 as managing director).
In June 2020, Thomas Jäger was appointed to the Executive Board of M&P Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs AG.
Thomas Jäger specialises in issues relating to brownfields recycling and property development as well as project management, approval and contract award management. He is a member of the Engineering Association for Contaminated Site Remediation and Land Recycling (ITVA).

Frank Biegansky
Frank Biegansky, who comes from Rheine in Münsterland, first studied geophysics at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster. Afterwards, Mr Biegansky went to Dresden in 1991 for a southern German construction company to build up the environmental technology division there and at the headquarters in Stuttgart. In Dresden, he was in charge of a soil cleaning plant that mainly remediated damage to petrol stations. Subsequently, Mr Biegansky worked first as a project manager and later as an authorised signatory and member of the management board in an international engineering consulting company. Since 2016, Mr Biegansky has been managing director of Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Hannover together with Karsten Helms, among others. In 2016, he founded a branch office in Hamburg, where he lives as the father of two children. In addition to projects throughout Germany, he has also worked in Norway, Italy, France, the Netherlands, South Africa and China.
Mr Biegansky was appointed as a member of the Executive Board of M&P Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs AG in 2020. In addition to his work at M&P, he heads the northern group of the "Ingenieurtechnischer Verband für Altlastensanierung und Flächenrecycling e.V. (ITVA)".

M&P Umwelttechnik, formerly IBL, has been active for more than 30 years as an engineering office, service provider and supplier in the field of environmental services.
