For career starters, our trainee programme is a great opportunity to prepare comprehensively for the job and to get to know the M&P Group - together with a motivated group of young talents - at three different locations. Our trainee programme lasts 12 months and is divided according to our business areas. Within a business division, you will be deployed in different specialist areas depending on your focus and location.

Throughout the entire period, you will have a mentor at your side who will promote your development and provide you with supportive advice on all matters. Twice a year, our headquarters week takes place in our seminar centre at Tegernsee, where you get to know numerous departments and contact persons from the group. Together with the total of six trainees each year, you will also take on a group-wide project that you will drive forward over the entire duration.
Alternatively, you can join us directly as a project employee. Sponsors and mentors ensure a successful start.
Internships/Working students
Would you like to get to know the M&P Group better and gain your first practical experience? Then we would be happy to introduce you to the daily work environment, the varied tasks and the complexity of our company as part of an internship or student trainee position.

Training at M&P
With us, you have the opportunity to train for a profession while contributing to climate protection and sustainable environmental development!
M&P offers attractive apprenticeships for Building material tester geotechnics (m/f/d) in Hanover. Part of the training is, for example, taking soil or groundwater samples or carrying out geotechnical investigations. With us, you are in the field as well as in the laboratory. Our trainees have a steep learning curve, are actively involved and participate in exciting projects such as those at the Baltic and North Sea or in Lüneburg. At M&P, teamwork is very important and at the same time our trainees are quickly allowed to work independently.
You can also do an apprenticeship with our architects Tucher & Partner to become an architect. Draughtsman (m/f/d) at the Munich location. Your everyday professional life puts your theoretical training into practice and your trainer involves you in various projects. During your training as a construction draughtsman (m/f/d), you will accompany the construction management and be involved in the planning, tendering and supervision of construction measures, obtain tenders or be responsible for invoice verification. As an apprentice, you have the opportunity to take part in internal training and further education that we offer to all our employees, e.g. regarding legal issues or fire protection seminars. As a trainee, you will always have a permanent contact person at T&P and your work will always be appreciated. The personal highlight of one of our former trainees, who has since been taken on permanently at T&P, is the construction site internship where she poured concrete herself.
The duration of the training is usually three years, but can be shortened to 2-2.5 years.
