Sustainability in Osnabrück

The Osnabrück initiative "Climate Peace" wants to make the region more sustainable in the city and surrounding area through new cooperations. In cooperation with the city of Osnabrück, the municipalities and the district, progress is to be made for the region in the areas of circular economy, energy and mobility. In addition, the initiative also wants to address internal, social peace in the region and the improvement of environmental education.

At a first event on 28 May 2020 at the German Federal Foundation for the Environment (dbu) under the patronage of Lower Saxony's Environment Minister Olaf Lies, Mr Wieschemeyer of Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, Osnabrück will present concepts for energy supply and mobility.
