KWL GmbH, as the service provider for the Hanseatic City of Lübeck, developed the new "Semiramis" industrial estate on Kronsforder Landstraße in Lübeck-Niederbüssau. This will create a commercial area south of the A20 with approx. 35 ha net commercial area. The area of the development plan no. 15.04.00 "Kronsforder Landstraße south of BAB 20" is located on the south-western outskirts of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck. The action area consists of several areas previously used for agriculture, which are partly bordered by curtilages with tree plantations or smaller forests.
The development work is currently being tendered EU-wide in an open procedure. The content of the tender is the construction of the public development of traffic, drainage and supply media for the new commercial area with a total of 5 planned roads, 2 junctions for connection to the Kronsforder Landstraße and the construction of 2 rainwater retention basins.
The bill of quantities is subdivided into a total of 13 titles with services for earthworks and road construction, the construction of wastewater and stormwater sewers, the construction of a temporary drainage system, the construction of two stormwater retention basins and emergency waterways. Furthermore, civil engineering works for light signal systems, street lighting and cable construction for electricity are to be provided.
