Back office/secretarial staff (m/f/d) at the Hanover location part-time
In our M&P branch in Hanover, we are looking for you to join us as a back office/secretarial assistant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

- A completed vocational training as an office administrator or similar
- A maximum of motivation

- Strong oral and written communication skills and a structured way of working
- Confident with Office 365 applications
- English and written and spoken desirable
Your tasks:
- General office organisation and assistance to business, office and project management
- Support in the processing of cases
- Accounting and bookkeeping support
- Preparation of offers, orders and invoices
- Correspondence with customers and business partners
- Carrying out general back office tasks
The position is available immediately, the working hours are 20-30 h/week or by arrangement.
