What is the challenge of your job at M&P?
"Every project and every building project is unique - no two issues are the same. Individual tasks require individual solutions that have to be developed. The special challenge for me is to accompany projects from different perspectives, to apply experience and expertise gained to new issues in the best possible way and at the same time not to lose sight of the project goals."
What motivates you to enjoy going to work every day?
"The fun of working and solving the diverse tasks together with a great team. Despite the fast-moving times, the collegial and familiar atmosphere is paramount. At the same time, you get the opportunity to develop as a person, contribute your own ideas and help shape unique projects."
