What is the challenge of your job at M&P?
"No two construction projects are the same, and you emerge from each project with new knowledge. For me personally, the special challenge is that no two days are the same - but that's what makes this job so diverse and exciting."

"We feel that we serve as "problem solvers" in the industry. We get requests to get involved in planning that has been going on for years. That challenges us anew every time and doesn't let us lose sight of new procedures and methods.

"In my field of expertise, contaminated sites, I come into contact with substances that are harmful to humans. Through remediation measures or targeted safeguards of such areas, I can make the world a little better, at least in a small way!"
