A customer expects to receive resilient added value for his money as well as the certainty that the ordered product is free of defects. In addition to extensive expert knowledge and many years of experience, this also includes a functioning quality management system!

Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Nord with locations in Hanover, Hamburg and Osnabrück is accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 as "testing laboratory" as well as according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 as "inspection body".

Why do we go to all this trouble? Why two accreditations?

Accreditation as a "testing laboratory" is a basic requirement for qualified sampling of soil, soil air, water, waste, substances for recycling and pollutants bound in building components (e.g. asbestos). The assessment of whether and to what extent further measures must be taken to protect the environment depends on the informative value and resilience of the analysis results obtained.

However, sampling and analysis alone are not sufficient to meet the demands our clients place on our expert reports and planning. For this reason, we decided several years ago to become one of the few engineering companies to have the expert and planning processes in the areas of historical-genetic reconstructions, aerial photo evaluation, explosive ordnance disposal as well as soil and groundwater protection accredited as an "inspection body".

Through both quality management systems, we achieve comprehensive benefits for our customers.

But quality management and accreditation is more! For example, we are committed to ensuring that everyone in our team receives regular training in their specialist areas in order to continuously improve or work according to the latest methods and standards. The technical equipment of M&P Nord, both for sampling and e.g. for the inspection of explosive ordnance disposal measures, is subject to constant review in order to minimise possible errors.

Quality management also includes an audit-proof document management system, error collection lists, the commitment of our suppliers and customer management.

The regular adaptation of the procedural and work instructions as well as the associated protocols and forms guarantees a technically high-quality product that fulfils the desired function.

Internal and external audits and controls ensure compliance with the stipulated standards and lead to continuous improvement.

But that is not all. Beyond the accredited area, we have laid down regulations for internal organisational processes, occupational safety as well as our corporate philosophy, compliance and working principles in the quality management manual. This manual is available to every customer for inspection.
