What was your day like yesterday?

In the morning on the construction site, this time an office extension, followed by the big team meeting for our regular project and capacity planning. In the afternoon, project organisation, coordination and agreement with our specialist planners and, finally, implementation planning for one of our larger conversion projects.

What is the best thing about your job?

The diverse and varied projects that always present you with new and exciting challenges. No two days are the same, you work on all phases of the project, you are in contact with many different people, with the client, on the construction site, with the authorities, and you learn something new with every project.

What strengths do you need for your job?

Flexibility, motivation and a desire to get to grips with a wide variety of projects and problems. No fear of new tasks and enjoy contact with other people and working in a team.
