Welcome to the Team! - Tom Engler
We are pleased to introduce our new colleague Tom Engler. A native of a beautiful small town in Münsterland, Tom moved to Aachen six years ago and studied the interdisciplinary degree course in geo-resource management with a specialisation in environmental management at RWTH Aachen University. In addition to knowledge of geology and chemistry, especially in the area of environmental pollutants, he was also able to learn business basics during his studies and thus brings both technical knowledge and the business basics from his studies to fit in well with the projects at the Cologne site.
However, Tom is not a blank slate for the M&P Group. Tom has been supporting the work of the surveyors at the Cologne site for almost three years, first as an intern and later as a student trainee. Here he was able to gain many insights into the appraisal work, both in the field and in the laboratory. During this time, however, his hobbyhorse became working with CAD programmes and geological modelling programmes.
In the past, he was able to assist the experts in the graphical presentation of their projects and in the future he will also be able to do this in his own projects as a technical expert at Mull und Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft.
